To access SUAP for the first time and obtain your access code, you must follow the same steps as for password recovery, which we will explain in more detail below. Furthermore, for students in distance learning courses and/or if you use our Virtual Learning Environments (VLEs), once you have your registration number and password, access to the VLEs will be unrestricted, as you only need to use the same SUAP credentials.

Step 1: go to the SUAP page

For first access or to recover your SUAP password, you must go to the page suap.ifrn.edu.br .

Then, click on “Esqueceu ou deseja entrar sua senha” which in English would be “You have forgotten your password or wish to change it?”.

Step 2: Fill your personal information

Provide your personal information: registration number, CPF or Passport (if you are a foreigner).

Step 3: change confirmation

You will receive an email from SUAP, confirming the change. Click on the email, and we will send you to the page where you can create a new access key according to the requested rules.

Done! Your password has been successfully changed. Next step!

Step 4: go to Moodle page

Now you must access the Academic Moodle, which is the virtual learning environment of the IFRN Campus Natal Zona Leste. Go to http://ead.ifrn.edu.br/portal/ifrn-ead-ava  and click on “PAINEL AVA”.

Step 5: login

When you click, you’ll be taken to the SUAP login page. Enter your information in the designated fields and then click the “ACCESS” button.

Pay attention: When you log into Academic Moodle, you will see that you have more than one subject in your course.

The subjects correspond to each content block with a final exam always in classes 6, 12, and 18. 11.

  • If you are a Level I (basic) student , you will see 4 subjects: Português Brasileiro (Elementar) with classes 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06, Português Brasileiro (Básico) with classes 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12 and Português Brasileiro (Intermediaário) with classes 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, in addition to the Seminário de Conclusão without classes.
  • If you are a Level II (intermediate) student , 4 subjects will appear: Brazilian Portuguese (Intermediary II) with classes 01, 02, 03, 04, 05 and 06, Brazilian Portuguese (Intermediary III) with classes 07, 08, 09, 10, 11 and 12 and Brazilian Portuguese (Intermediary IV) with classes 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 and 18, in addition to the Seminários de Conclusão de Português Intermediario without classes.

All set! You’ll now be taken to your course page in Moodle Academic, where you’ll find the subjects for the corresponding module. If you still have questions, please contact us using the help form at the bottom of the page.
